Bruce McLean was born in New Zealand and has lived in Australia for the past 43 years.
While Bruce is a long-time student and supporter of Biblical Research Foundation and preparing for full time ministry, he formerly worked as a maximum security prison officer, Army Intelligence and Private Investigator and insurance broker.
He has studied some 39 theological subjects in Australian Bible colleges.
Bruce completed a Bachelor degree in Religious Education – Middle Eastern History from the American Institute of Advance Biblical Studies under Dr Ron Moseley. He will complete his Master’s degree from the American Institute by end of 2010. He plans to study for a PhD starting next year, probably though Oxford. He currently ministers as a home group leader, preparing for eventual full time ministry.
Bruce was able to participate and complete travel study tours of Egypt, Jordan and Israel with Dr Blizzard. He studied on campus at the Jerusalem University College for their summer program and attended Jerusalem Bible conferences in both Little Rock, Arkansas and in Jerusalem.
