Roy Blizzard III, Ph.D.

Roy Blizzard III is Vice President, Principal and Senior Field Associate of Alpha Terra Engineering Inc. He has logged over 200 hours of study in Bible related fields above his B.S. in RTF at the University of Texas at Austin. He is about to graduate with a Masters in Hebrew Foreign Language Education. Roy is specifically studying the effects of erroneous and bias inducing teachings in the Christian Community against the study of Hebrew as a worthy foreign language. Over the last 20 years, he has had a hands-on background in field operations in environmental assessment, construction, remodeling, marketing, and broadcasting.

In recent years, he has focused much of his time on improving an EPA required environmental assessment document called a SPCC plan with the goal of providing a product for nationwide usage that not only looks professional and is easy to read and understand, but it meets exacting requirements in a cost effective and timely manner.

He is starting several new companies this year with one to produce several religious albums and video projects and another to expand into the field of oil and gas production.

Roy is an ordained minister that has spoken around the U.S. He has written numerous published articles, and has developed a unique distance education course that will be broadcast on satellite TV. He and his wife Donna, have three daughters. The youngest is in High School and likes cars and fashion. The second is also in High School and studies Japanese at the college. Their eldest is majoring in theatre in college.
