Mid-Summer Bible Study Seminar
How to Read and Understand Biblical Hebrew
August 6-7, 2010
Austin, Texas
Our Bible study seminars held earlier this year met with such popularity that Dr. William McDonald has agreed to lead a two day program – How to Read and Understand Biblical Hebrew – on August 6-7. This is a course that Dr. McDonald has taught in the past and is a part of his regular lessons in Hebrew Synthesis that he teaches at Oral Roberts University.
What can you expect from this three-day course? You should be able to recognize the Hebrew alphabet, read some simple passages from a Biblical text and know how to look words up in the Brown Driver Briggs or Strong’s Concordance to assist you in your Biblical study.
If you have ever wanted to learn Hebrew, now is the opportunity in an intensive two-day program of study. Sessions will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites (Austin/Cedar Park-Lakeline, Tx) on Friday-Saturday, August 6-7.
Participants may earn three college credit hours through the American Institute for Advanced Biblical Studies for completion of this program. The class will be limited to around 20 participants so it is very important that you get your registration in to us as quickly as possible. We are offering each seminar at the special rate of $250 per person or $400 per couple and payment is due with your registration. Please notify Dr. McDonald at wmcdonald@oru.edu to get the registration form if you are interested because we expect this exceptional program to fill up fast.
