| I`m a Christian. But, I have a difficult time in answering some questions that unbelievers will often ask me. One such question deals with the beginning of time. In the Bible it states that God created light and darkness on the first day. It also states that grass and seed producing plants as well as trees was developed on the third day. But, it wasn`t until the fourth day that the stars, moon and sun are developed. How can there be light on the first day, and grass on the third day without the sun which doesn`t appear until the fourth day. And you also must consider that each day probably represents million of years not just one day human time. Please help me with this question.

| Roy, I have a question concerning a certain groups teachings. To publish it on site may be offensive to them and may keep them from seeking the Jewish Roots. Then again it will enlighten others re. this group. So I am unsure re. public sharing of this. Yet you can decide.
We have come across Jesus Only group here. As I am not sure if you are familiar with their ideas. Basically they say there is no Trinity and Jesus is the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and there is only Jesus.
They also say, unless you are baptized in the name of Jesus or Lord Jesus Christ you are not saved and unless you speak in tongues as a result of Acts 2:38 you are not saved.
My question is, Hebraically; how is the verse of Matt 28:20 viewed or understood in re. to the Duet 6:4 compound unity ?
How is this topic understood along with Matt 28:19, 20 baptize in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and in line with Acts 2:38 and other verses in Acts where it says Jesus Christ?
I am trying to be brief and yet include enough informaton for you to know what I am referring to. I hope I have succeeded. If not , tell me and I will send more Scriptures.
2. I guess I am asking how does the verse in Matthew fit in Hebraically too? Not just re. the name. Thanks, Stephen
