| Can you refer me to a teaching or explain please so that I can truly understand salvation!
- Born from above--and was Nicodemus already born from above in some way I don't understand.
- 2 Corinthians --"He who knew no sin became a sin-offering that we might become the Righteousness of God in Him." is this a parallel to 1 Peter--that we might partake of His Divine nature?
- Stupid question perhaps: people teach on us being the righteousness of God--I am bugged by this. I don't want to mix the law of faith with works-- but Does God impart his holiness to us so that we are once for all--upright in His eyes--or is this only culminated at His appearing. Hebrews seems to indicate; Jesus offering is once for all for those who are being sanctified--a process.
- Yes, I am experiencing a sweet and personal relationship with His Person--just wanting to grasp and even pass on truth--and stop distortions.
Can you see the thrust of this email? Maybe my question is more of “What is salvation, eternal life, righteousness.” It seems to me: Jesus became the sin-offering that allowed us to be forgiven, even of willful sins, draw near to God, partake of His nature-holy, given a new nature that seeks to be transformed more everyday--but only by staying in union with Christ--eternal life is this nature of God we are in union with, and salvation is all of the above--including physical aspects. Am I on the right track? I am concerned that we do not understand salvation at all. If the Jews were able to be righteous through faith (before Christ), are we who also believe in Jesus as Messiah by faith, only different in that we have received Him as our sin-offering - and free of making a sacrifice to draw near.... only is not a good choice of words, but in the sense of salvation and righteousness. Maybe atonement is another question. Please help me to understand and grasp these things - if I made enough sense to you.

| I hesitate to ask again, but I have another question I would like to ask someone. It concerns two verses in Hebrews, which other ministers and Christians strongly disagree over with me. So I will leave this with you to see what you say or understand on them.... if this is ok.?
I look at Hebrews 10:25 I guess from a Jewish perspective. The understanding I was given on it was that it means we as a community meet together to support each other and to be there daily for each other more and more as the times end... like in Acts when the believers met daily and shared and helped with each others daily lives and needs.
People disagree and tell me it means go to church weekly. This seems to be the favorite interpretation today. It means attend church. Today church is seen as an institution or organization as the meaning and understanding of COMMUNITY and the body as organism is lost it seems? Unfortunately.
What would you say it means?
The other verse is in Hebrews 13: 5-6, especially 6. How does this fit in with Scriptures and mean? Since the Word of Faith teaching is not biblically based and they use this verse. What does it mean and help me to understand it ? Thank you.

| I've enjoyed reading your Q&A and other articles concerning charity or Tzedekah. I truly want to do more, within my own means and reason, in the Kingdom of Heaven. Would you be so kind to list or point me in the right direction concerning all things charity-Tzedekah-Kingdom? In other words, where does one go to learn all that he or she can become in The Kingdom of Heaven? Thank you so much for your service in The Holy One. - posted: September 12 2007 | | Answer... |
