| Dr. bilzzard,
You were in Raleigh, N.C. many years ago and gave a Bible study at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Which Bible translation do you recomend to buy. You were at that time working on changing some words. Thanks

| Jesus said more than once that asking in His Name was vital to receiving from God......my question is this: Is asking in the name of "Christ" the same as asking in His Name - or is asking in "Jesus' Name" different from asking in "Christ's Name".
I hear people, very well known people, pray "in Christ's Name," and I want to know if that is correct Biblically. Christ is a title, of course, but can it also be His Name when used alone?

| Dr. Blizzard's teaching of YHWH, half of the name, YH being masculine, and
half of the name, WH being feminine, united these two halves composing the
name of God. Is there any written documentation about this information from
a Jewish source? I need a book source explaining it.
Thanks,

| My free membership is up but I still have a question that I feel is important to bring to light and the question is simply, "Why did the Levite allow his concubine, to be raped and murdered when he went to all the trouble of going to get her from her fathers house and wanted to bring her back to his home"? I don't understand why he allowed her, and the virgin daughter to be killed, and why he had to cut his concubine up. Judges 19 is one of the "horror" stories of the Bible according to an instructor of Old Testament but I have not received an answer for what happened and why. Maybe you will give credence to my query, maybe not. If you deem this a worthy question please answer public and privately.
