Question:
Dr. Blizzard's teaching of YHWH, half of the name, YH being masculine, and half of the name, WH being feminine, united these two halves composing the name of God. Is there any written documentation about this information from a Jewish source? I need a book source explaining it. Thanks, Bill
Answer:
Bill, there is a lot of material relative to the tetragrammaton of YHWH scattered all through Jewish material. You can even find some information online. Just type in YHWH on your search engine. One of the best little books I know of is entitled The Wisdom in the Hebrew Alphabet by ArtScroll Mesorah Series, Author Rabbi Michael L. Munk, and if you know how to read the Hebrew letters, I think you will find it illuminating and interesting.
